Cancellations
Unfortunately, cancellations happen.
Please do your best to join us for your scheduled charter. In the event you need to cancel, we will be happy to work to reschedule your trip. If you are unable to reschedule, please cancel at least 14 days prior to your booked trip. We will promptly refund your deposit, in full. We do not issue refunds for cancellations received less than 14 days from your trip or for the occasional no-show. Sorry!!!
If a cancellation occurs due to inclement weather (at the discretion of your captain), we will notify you as quickly as possible and work to reschedule your charter. If we cannot accommodate a revised date, we will be happy to refund your $100.00 deposit in full.
